Complete, lyrics - thinking of a new chorus?

This is my serenity prayer. I do what I can. That has to be enough. 

And the older I get, the more I realize that we really aren't islands unto ourselves.
So while I'm not referring to any one person in particular here, sometimes we just need to do our best and leave the rest up to the universe.

Verse 1:

Could they just give me one second to breathe

I will get back up but I am not a machine

I'll fight while I'm alive, but if they kill me I'm gone

By God I try and do right, but sometimes I'm wrong
